Trané N'Chel
The Premiere Songstress of Soul — where R&B, Jazz, Soul, and Inspirational music converge for unforgettable evenings.
A voice born to move hearts
Bronx-born and New York-raised, Trané N'Chel has garnered accolades along the entire East Coast as the Premiere Songstress of Soul. With extensive experience in R&B, Soul, and Inspirational music, her jazz-inflected, sensual vocal style brings joy to every audience within the sound of her voice.
Her journey began under the bright lights of New York City, where from an early age it was apparent she was born to be a vessel through which music would flow — touching lives through theatre and song. A two-time winner of the world-famous Apollo Theater's Amateur Night, she has performed at Radio City Music Hall, Town Hall, the Jacob Javits Center, Madison Square Garden, and internationally in the Netherlands.
Her theater credits include Your Arms Too Short to Box With God, Ain't Misbehavin' (as Nell Carter), Ragtime, Big River, and One Mo' Time at the Piccolo Spoleto Festival. She is an original member of the Emmy Award-winning Gospelfest Metro Choir, performing alongside CeCe Winans, Cissy Houston, and Melba Moore.

Trané, I really enjoyed that 70's party. Thanks for all you have done in our communities by giving back to the kids and the elders.
I haven't contacted you before, but I'm compelled to reach out. Music last night was epic. As Fox Music Sound Engineer I really only do certain live shows because of my day job. Thank you — I hope we work together again at Fox Music.
